REAL (7): Jeremie questions about why we want to make members for our churchesand not disciples for the Kingdom

In the response of question 3 there is a statement that has touched me.

The statement is this : " why we want to make members for our churches and not disciples for the Kingdom?"

Some people say that we are making disciples of churches not disciples of Christ. In fact this is a big challenge for the young generation in the church today especially in some part of Africa where life is hard. People consider the church as their own business. Where people plant churches for the wrong motivations such as money orientation, churches planted out of conflict (i mean when an elder or a Pastor is in conflict with his senior he just goes out and plant his church to show his senior that he is able), fame... The place where when you talk about the church growth they understand numerical growth, because of the emphasis they put on the tithes and offerings, where a big number of Christians equal to a big number of money. Churches are like clubs always in conflicts and competitions, churches demonize and criticize other churches it is as if we are serving two masters. Someone estimate that 80% of church growth result from believers changing churches. The consequence of this is the lack of unity and cooperation in the body and the lack of strength for the Christian to challenge, influence and conquer the World.

My questions are these.
Is it possible that we can make an effective church leadership? How can you encourage the persons who think to be used by God to make a change?

GIVING SOME IDEAS ABOUT JEREMY'S (BURUNDI) THOUGHTS

Jeremie, great question and I can give some ideas so we ALL can think about

1 - Jesus never commanded to plant churches. Jesus commanded to make disciples from all nations. The theology of planting churches is not in the Scriptures. Paul in Acts  went from city to city making disciples. We don't plant forests, we plant trees that become a forest.

Nowadays usually to plant a church means to secure a place, somehow provide a structure to that place and then put a sign outside and it is called a church. Let us then convert people to the church.

We are not suppose to convert people to the church anyway, but we are ambassadors that reconcile people with God. (I Corinthians 5)

It never occurs in our minds that the same church model we have in Burundi is the same model we have in America, England. We Brazilians who receive he gospel of salvation from American and English  missionaries also received their church structures with leadership and this goes to Luther from the Protestant Reformation who simply copied the Protestant structure from the Catholics. Catholic and Protestant leadership structures and leadership models are the same.

And there is a leader called a pastor for every "church" as there is a Catholic priest to every parish and like you said well, among Protestant Christians and so called Evangelicals and Pentecostals  80% follows the pattern of a division in a "church" from any motive and then someone start another one to preach the same "Christ". Is it the Same Christ and the same Gospel how they are divided? (Galatians 1)

It is this you refereed to already and it is sad. Yes, it is a systemic business and not the Church of our Lord Jesus Christ.

But understand that in the midst of this confused inherited system there are serious men and women of God that don't do better because they don't know how. Yet!

2 - Money is the driven force of this world and it is the driven force of churches all around the world. Even it is the main hindrance when we want to "send a missionary" to the field. So different from what Jesus said and planned.

“These twelve Jesus sent out and commanded them, saying: “Do not go into the way of the Gentiles, and do not enter a city of the Samaritans.

And as you go, preach, saying, ‘The kingdom of heaven is at hand.’ Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give. Provide neither gold nor silver nor copper in your money belts, nor bag for your journey, nor two tunics, nor sandals, nor staffs; for a worker is worthy of his food.”
Matthew 10:5, 7-10

Why we have to think that "to move" the kingdom we do need money. Well, money should be the consequence not the cause!

-–

This is excellent perception concerning what is going on around the world. It is not just an African problem. The competition between churches in the US is fierce. So much so that many people chose not to go to church. The testimony of the church is such that many people do not want to hear about God. It is very sad.

The answer is what we r sharing. There must be a change in our thinking and understanding of the Kingdom of God. If we realize that we r all called to build His Kingdom through living a life that is dedicated to Jesus then the competition will seize. We will realize that we r all one in Him!  Leaders will desire to make disciples for the Kingdom and not there own little church. We will also realize the importance of every person in the Kingdom and not just as a tithe giver or what they can do for my church. We will begin to care for all people even if they never go to our church or even believe in God. God loves all people!  When the church begins to live this way the world will take notice.

We will begin to change the world from every area of society!  Right now we r trying to change it from within the broken system of the church rather than being the church and pursuing our purpose and destiny for the Kingdom of God.

Hope this helps. Yes we can train leaders in the body of Christ but they must have a change of mind and heart.

----------
These churches are not the Church of God. JESUS HAS JUST INE BRIDE. Baptist church is not the church of God. AG is not the church of God. Catholic church is not the Church of God. These churches were never meant to exist according to the NT. There is one flock and one Shepherd. We are the Church even though separated and divided by these littles churches. Like Paul said we have to love each other and in our hearts there must be no division whatsoever. We are not members of a church. We are individually members of the Body of Christ
But not of a church. Individually we are members of one another. Please, seize the difference!

“For as we have many members in one body, but all the members do not have the same function, so we, being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another. Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, let us prophesy in proportion to our faith; or ministry, let us use it in our ministering; he who teaches, in teaching; he who exhorts, in exhortation; he who gives, with liberality; he who leads, with diligence; he who shows mercy, with cheerfulness. Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil. Cling to what is good. Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another; not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer; distributing to the needs of the saints, given to hospitality. Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse.

Be of the same mind toward one another. Do not set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble. Do not be wise in your own opinion. Repay no one evil for evil. Have regard for good things in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men. Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord. Therefore “If your enemy is hungry, feed him; If he is thirsty, give him a drink; For in so doing you will heap coals of fire on his head.” Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.”
Romans 12:4-14, 16-21

We are all leaders in the Body of Christ! According to Scriptures we are all Ministers (servants)! There is no clergy and lay people in the Church of God!! Training leaders means equipping the saints, all saints

“I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech YOU (every believer in Ephesus) to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called, (EVERY BELIEVER HAS A CALLING) with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love, endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of Christ’s gift.

And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the EQUIPPING OF THE SAINTS for the work of ministry (MINISTRY IS ALL KIND OF SERVICES), for the edifying of the body of Christ, till WE ALL  come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;

that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting,

but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ— from whom the WHOLE BODY JOINED AND KNIT TOGETHER j by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.”
Ephesians 4:1-7, 11-16

REAL (6): We are not Christians, we are followers of Jesus Christ!

We are not Christians, we are followers of Jesus Christ
By Josimar Salum, based on an article by Ed René Kivitz

We are just followers of Jesus Christ. We follow his footsteps. And if he died, also we died. And if he was resurrected by the power of God, we will also be resurrected at the last day. And now we no longer live for ourselves, but for our God who gave us life when we live for others.

We have no temple or altar, because we do not do animal sacrifices. We need not go to the temple or offer anything in any altar because Jesus Christ is the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world.

We do not offer more sacrifices on the altar, because our life is a sacrifice to God. We give ourselves over to our God as a living sacrifice, the true act of worship is to live for him. Everything we do, we do for the glory of our God. In fact it is not what we do or do not do it is the act of worship, but we ourselves, that is, our life itself, consequently, everything we do is an act of worship. We take care of people, those who are close; all that cross our path. This is worship.

For the same reason also we do not have priests, because we do not need people to make sacrifices for us on an altar or in a temple, because our life is that it is the sacrifice, the altar is the Cross of Jesus and we are the temple. Alone, individually I am not the temple. Collectively we are the temple. And we are priests, but none of us are a religious authority. We have no one greatest among us, only Jesus Christ. Only Jesus is greater! He is alive among us right here, right now! And we have no holy men in our religion. There are holy men around the world, but NOT holy men of a religion. In fact, we do not have a religion.

We do not have a sacred day. Sunday is not the the Day of the Lord, every day is the Lord's.  Our ancestors had a holy day: the Sabbath. But that was in the time when we needed to go to the temple to take animals so that our priests had to sacrifice them. Now that we surrender to our God as a living sacrifice, the true act of worship is to live for Him. And we live for Him while living for our neighbors in any day, any time.

Let us be clear: we do not have a religion! We are followers of Jesus, we are not Christians because Christianity is not the religion of Jesus Christ. Christianity is the religion of Constantine, the Roman emperor. Because it was Constantine who began reassembling all that Jesus Christ had dismounted. It was he who began to build temples dedicated to God, officiated a day of the week for worship, invented to worship God is something that is done in temples, appointed priests, and started this mess that we see today.

Jesus taught that we do not need temples, altars, priests, sacrifices and holy days. Ah! He taught that He loved us as we love each other, serve each other, pray for each other, build each other up, comfort each other, support each other and embrace each other. We are not independent, neither we act independently, we depend on God and we are His body as we are individually members of one another. We are His sheep in His Church and we are His disciples in His Kingdom and thus never act independent of each other, we are never alone. Yes, Jesus taught that God is Spirit and they that worship him, must worship Him in Spirit and in Truth. Jesus Christ is God.

REAL (5): KEYS OF THE KINGDOM

KEYS OF THE KINGDOM

Paul Taylor:

Our thinking must change and will change when we discover that the Church is not the Kingdom of God. It is in the Kingdom but the Kingdom of God encompasses everything that is created. In the beginning was the Word....All things were made through Him and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life.... John 1:1-4

The Kingdom of God is about Life!  Not just church life. We r His children. He is concerned about all aspects of our lives. Where our children go to school. Where we will go, even to play soccer with friends. He never leaves us!

Josimar Salum:

1) Paul and Andre emphasized we are Kings and priests. What does it mean being kings and priests? What verses of the Scriptures can reveal these truths?

2)Those who have been born again are kings and priests. If you are a pastor or an evangelist, per example, it doesn't mean you are more anointed than a carpenter, a Doctor, a businessman or a teacher. How you and I can bring the influence of the Kingdom into air daily lives? How can we rule financially, in our schools, in politics, etc?

3) The gifts and the work of the ministry are not just for church, but for anywhere there is a need. What about the gift of discernment helping us to close a business deal? The gift of knowledge to open doors for our orphanage kids? The gift of wisdom to help us get the resources we need to run a shop, a daycare?

4) Andre referred to that we need believers outside the church that will make things different within the church. What things? Church people tend to see the things in the world from a "local church perspective". Usually we want to make members for our churches and not disciples for the kingdom? Can we think differently? What are these concepts needed to be understood so we can be successful?  Why worldly people don't pray, don't fast, don't even believe in God and they are successful in their businesses?

Camila spoke about the prophet making no distinction between ministry and outside of the ministry. Life is ministry. Anything can be a ministry.

For God there are no more altars in churches. The last altar was the cross of Jesus. Religious people build altars, Jesus disciples build His kingdom.

Paul Taylor

We r doing our best to provoke u to think, ask questions, search the scriptures and to expand your understanding of why Jesus gave His life for the world.

Once u begin to think with a renewed mind (Romans 12:2), you will better understand God's will for your life and His Kingdom.

We MUST UNDERSTAND THAT THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS BIGGER THAN ANY CHURCH, CHURCH SERVICE OR PERSON OTHER THAN JESUS!!!

We collectively have the mind of Christ. That is the reason we need to be in church so Christ can express fully through us.

Ask the Holy Spirit to open your understanding so that u can begin to know your identity, purpose and pursue your destiny with passion!

Your life will never be the same. U will have discovered the freedom that Jesus came to give us!  U will be able to worship God with your life and not just singing on Sunday morning or evening.

KINGS AND PRIESTS

Revelation 1:6 says “and has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.” Revelation 1:6

Jesus Christ has made us kings. That is why He is referred to as "The King of kings."  What does a king do?  He rules or governs the people of his domain. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW THAT WE WERE NEVER CREATED TO CONTROL OR DOMINATE OTHER PEOPLE.

Our leadership is like that of Christ. We r to be Servant leaders that lead by example not by might, by force.

Jesus gave us authority, not power to lead or govern.

Authority is the skill of getting people to willing do your will because of your personal influence.

Power is the ability to force someone to do your will because of your position or might.

Many believers confuse these two words. We have authority in this world and power against the devil or evil. DONT CONFUSE THE TWO OR U WILL HURT MANY PEOPLE AS U TRY TO LEAD THEM IN LIFE. We also called to be a righteous king and most of all a servant king!

A priest is one who intercedes for others. That is our spiritual responsibility. Again just like Jesus who intercedes for us and the people of the world.

The problem is that believers try to be priests in places where they have been called to be kings. This is not to say that we can't pray for people on the job because we r always spiritual beings and God is always with us. But there is a time for all things and we must discern when to apply say compassion on the job and when to fire the person who was stealing money from u.

Let me ask this question. In scripture who did more for Israel (OT) or the church in the NT, kings or priests?

Was David a priest? Daniel? Abraham?  Moses?  Solomon?  The answer of course is no.

David was a "politician". He was a king! Daniel, Moses, Solomon were also men of the state. They governed people. Abraham was a farmer, he owned thousands of cattle and was involved in the matters of nations around him.

We are a royal priesthood, but we should discern the differences of the roles of a priest from the roles of a king.

The first people in the OT to be filled with the Spirit of God and wisdom were not priests, but artisans that built the tabernacle and the garments of the priests. Ex. 31:1-4; 28:3. Marketplace people!

In the NT the disciples were fishermen, a tax collector and other various occupations but none were priests. Even John the Baptist who could follow the priesthood like his father did rather serve God in the desert, far away from the temple.

Of all the miracles in the Book of Acts of the Holy Spirit, 39 total, none happened in a church or synagogue!

My point is that western civilization and originally Constantine made ministers and priests religious leaders (clergy) and all the others lay people or secular.  U will not find clergy and secular in NT scripture.  Jesus Christ has made us ALL KINGS AND PRIESTS.

That does not mean there is no place for the 5 fold ministry among those who gather together. Some are called to be Apostles, prophets, evangelists, teachers, and pastors.  They have gifts to do that work, BUT THAT DOESN'T MAKE THEM MORE ANOINTED THAN THE PERSON CALLED TO BE A CARPENTER OR BUSINESSMAN OR FARMER. We are now both kings and priests to our God.

Who anoints us?  A Bible College?  A pastor or church leader?  Only the Anointed One, Jesus Christ!  He has anointed everyone who He has chosen and dwells in!

The key is you must know who u are (your identity), and your purpose and that u are anointed, then u will go forth with authority, and confidence!  Now u can move mountains because of the anointing that flows through your life.

REAL (4): How it is to grow up in an environment where thinking wasforbidden

How it is to grow up in an environment where thinking was forbidden.

Dr Paul Taylor and I had a little retreat in a hotel in Andover, MA from Friday afternoon thru Saturday. March 18-19, 2016)

We spoke about this project if I can call it like that of convening people from many nations to a group like REAL. We know each of you can be a REAL blessing to people you probably would never meet if not here.

It is time to converge and build relationships to empower other people to advance the Kingdom of God by raising and training people into leadership.

But first of all we want to address the biggest hindrance for any of us to pursue the destiny God has for us.

It is about the ability to think for yourself. Most of us if not the totality of us has grown in an environment that we were forbidden to think differently!

Dr. Taylor will share with us what was it is his experience and discoveries after being raised in a religious environment where thinking was forbidden.

PAUL TAYLOR:
I am responding to thought 2.

I was raised in a very strict Pentecostal church. Where u were told what to believe and what u could do or not do. U know the dos and don'ts. We were never allowed to dream with God or to discover the mysteries of the Kingdom. It wasn't until I was 50 years old that I was set free to more fully understand my identity and purpose in Christ.

We went to church a lot because going to church was spiritual and everything else was secular. The dreams that I had as a young man were discouraged because they didn't fit into the "church" box. I went to college as a business major and then had an encounter with the Lord that changed the direction of my life. I only knew one way to serve God at that time and it was to enter the "ministry".  Now my understanding of ministry has totally changed.

Look forward to hear your thoughts.

JSALUM:
Paul, what your answer has to do with business? I think that the way we traditionally have been taught may affect all areas of our lives!

PAUL TAYLOR:

The teaching in the church was that if u really were going to serve God u would be a preacher, teacher, evangelist, etc.  There was no teaching on the fact that all of life is part of the Kingdom of God. That if we were created to be a carpenter, then we could be carpenter using our gifts to glorify God and expand the Kingdom of God. I use "carpenter" as an example but it could be doctor or lawyer or farmer. All of these are part of God's kingdom.

It is interesting that any church leaders, don't think a businessman or a farmer is involved in ministry unless they r doing something in the church but they have no problem asking them for money to support the work of the church. So without the businessman the work of the church would be difficult to accomplish (my past thinking).  So how can that businessman not be involved in the work of the ministry?

Is his work not considered working for the Lord?

ANDRE DORNELAS:

You are absolutely right Pr Paul. We are priests and kings in the Kingdom. The problem is that sometimes we do not involve the Kings ( people who God called to rule financially ) to sit at the table with us and with them God's vision. Once we realize that they are the ones who will not only give money but also give their knowledge than things will be different. We are kings and priests. The kingdom needs both to minister God's love and purposes to the world.
God bless everyone.

JSALUM:

Thought 2
Kings and priests. We are priests in the Church and in the world. We are before God all the time in the world to reconcile people with God. We are ambassadors which is a proper Kingdom word. We are royal priesthood everywhere. Kings are not just to rule financially.  Yes, Andre, that is the idea regarding the church aspect. Jesus kings rule on earth, rule over money, they are not ruled or are under the domain of money. They are servant kings in all areas of life, in all areas of influence in our society. Jesus sent His disciples Into all the world and we are trying to bring the whole world into the church, meaning into our buildings and structures. Where two or more disciples meet there is Church. Right now the Church is here not even geographically!

Paul Taylor

Our thinking must change and will change when we discover that the Church is not the Kingdom of God. It is in the Kingdom but the Kingdom of God encompasses everything that is created. In the beginning was the Word....All things were made through Him and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life.... Jn. 1:1-4

The Kingdom of God is about Life!  Not just church life. We r His children. He is concerned about all aspects of our lives. Where our children go to school. Where we will go on vacation this year. He never leaves us!  We must break the mindset of a Sunday morning church mentality. When we gave our lives to Christ we gave every day to Him. Not just Sunday.

Question:  Why would Jesus teach in Luke 16:8 "For the sons of this world are more shrewd in their generation than the sons of the light."

Why does James write to ask for wisdom and u will receive it in abundance from the Lord?  Is this just for church?

REAL (3): God's pleasure is to give us His Kingdom

A thought came to my mind. We need to depend on the Lord every day and everywhere is the same. We can be in the poorest country or in the richest one,
we must depend on Jesus!

Let me say again! It does not matter if you are in New York or if you are in a tiny village in Burundi. It doesn't even matter if you are a billionaire or if you possess no assets. We must depend on the Lord for a small thing and for a big thing.

It is a fact that it is easier to depend on Him when we have nothing than to depend on Him if we are rich.

It is a fact also that there are many people around that don't depend on the Lord and even so their needs are supplied. All of us believers and non believers will have our needs supplied.

Why should we then depend on Him? Cause we are His children and we are in His Kingdom!

It it true! Suffering children are safe in Jesus arms. He takes care of all humanity.

The point is that we have His Kingdom. It is our relationship with Him we can't lack. Everybody has needs and commonly the same needs, but many don't seek His Kingdom and righteousness.

Cheer up! It is God's pleasure to give us His Kingdom.

REAL (2): Simple guidelines for REAL

blogger-image-815759871.jpg

SIMPLE GUIDELINES FOR REAL

1- REAL is a group for Kingdom people who want to be a blessing to others.

REAL is for people with a kingdom mindset. What is a kingdom mindset set? To think like Jesus Himself think.

We want to build relationships across cultural boundaries; empower others to a better life for their families, communities and nations; advance the Kingdom to transform society, fight poverty and build up people to leadership roles everywhere.

2-REAL group is about Relationships, Empowering, Advancement and Leadership.

We want to change nations by changing ourselves and people around us. This expression "around us" is seen in a global perspective. Someone around us may be located 10.000 miles away geographically, but not distant in presence. They are only far two fingers away from our phones, laptops or tablets. It is just a matter of starting a chat pressing a bottom!

3 - We share here only things pertaining the objectives of the group. Anything that is meant for personal promotion, money driven and religious events are not encouraged.

That is it! Just three simple guidelines.

Now just few recommendations, please.

Please, do not post any matter that you are not the author. Do not forward anything to the group. Please, comment every post you read, about every audio you hear and every video you watch. Ask questions. Interact! All comments and questions are welcome and highly encouraged.

Please, do not post any COMMENT with more than 300 words and let us be patient to wait for others that may want to reply. When you comment tag subject replying by clicking on it.

Any comment is welcome. If we think anything is  "bizarre" it will NOT be treated as such. All ideas are welcome and what you may say will not be consider either correct or wrong. It is not a matter of being even politically correct. We are open to read any ideas or thoughts.

You also may comment the posts in the REAL blog. All teachings are published in the blog, but not all comments. Publish your comments in the blog, please.

Understand that sometimes you will be writing in USA and someone will only read your words 10 hours later like Apollos Sam from India. You will be writing during the day and someone will be sleeping.

I also recommend you "mute" the Whatsapp chat in your phone. People in the group are from many different time zones. You may be sleeping when somebody is sending a message.

Welcome to the REAL journey!

Always believing it is possible.

Dr. Josimar Salum

Dr. Paul Taylor

REAL (1): What is it? Purpose, Vision and Strategy

ALERT! YOU ARE ENTERING INTO PURE FIRE OF THE UNSHAKABLE KINGDOM!

"Who you are is more important than what you do. Who you really are is not who people around you think you are. Your purpose in life is not based in the color of your skin, where you were born, what you are doing in life, it doesn't come from your natural family and it is beyond your thinking. Your purpose in life relies totally upon in who you are indeed. When you find out who you are you will find the purpose of your life. Therefore, there is nothing more powerful in the world when people who know who they are stand together as ONE. REAL group is about find your ALPHA and OMEGA, your beginning and the end! Are you ready to join REAL? Are you ready to be transformed? Are you ready?"

Welcome to REAL!

This is a REAL relationship group! REAL is an acronym for Relationships, Empowering, Advancement, and Leadership.

This is a group for individuals who want to grow in all areas of their lives. We are a religion free zone group who want to follow Jesus Christ.

Jesus has never found a religion, but proclaimed and brought His Kingdom to His world and to the human affairs. We must be practitioners and not just talkers and hearers. We strive to proceed as we talk.

Are you willing to pursue a different way of learning? Here it is a life time opportunity!

Dr Paul Taylor and  Dr. Josimar Salum are leading the group. There are some people in REAL that are already mentoring. Business people, scientists, professors, pastors and some of many areas of expertise from many nations.

Please, understand your participation as you were seated around a round table in a room and enjoying your favorite meal with friends.

This is not about religion! This is not a room for you to get offended by what someone may share!

We are going to build relationships! To think together! To "dia-logue" (Greek dia - through / logos - Word = through the Word - trough Jesus Himself).

If you think this is something you want to commit yourself let us journey together in the roads of the Kingdom of God. If not, if you are already in the group, feel free to leave.

But, please follow the instructions!

If we look into the perspective of the Church, there is a great need for transparency in the body of Christ. But this is not just a must for the Church, but for every aspect in society.

We need to be real with each other so that we all grow in our relationships, we empower each other, we advance the Kingdom (our calling), and we become the leaders God wants us to be. THAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS GROUP.

SPECIFICALLY HERE WE WANT EACH PERSON TO UNDERSTAND LEADERSHIP AND BUSINESS PRINCIPLES THAT WILL ENABLE THEM TO PROVIDE FOR THEIR FAMILIES AND OTHERS AS THEY FULFILL THEIR CALLING AND PURPOSE IN GOD. WHEN WE DO THIS WE ARE TRANSFORMED, FURTHER THE KINGDOM OF GOD AND FIGHT POVERTY.

This is not a teacher-student class type endeavor, but it is an ongoing mutual learning journey where everyone will be sharing wisdom. AND PRACTICING! It is more about REVELATION THAN KNOWLEDGE, MORE ABOUT DOING THAN TALKING.

I hope you understand what we are trying to accomplish.

AND VERY IMPORTANT:

WHO YOU ARE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN WHAT YOU DO WHEN YOU UNDERSTAND WHO YOU ARE YOU WILL BE WHO YOU HAVE BEEN CREATED TO BE AND FLOW IN YOUR CALLING.

The unspeakable and invisible!

Greetings to all Champions!

I write to you with great expectations!  I am expecting God, through the power of the Holy Spirit that resides in each of you to do the impossible!  If you watch the news you realize that our world as it moves away from God, is falling a part!  All around the world there is death, deception and destruction.  Whether you live in the Great Lakes Region of Africa, Madagascar, the Middle East or the United States, man continues to think He is God and doesn’t need the very one who created him!  How sad, because the end will be destruction for all who live separated from the living God, JESUS CHRIST!  We are living in perilous times my friends, but be of good cheer because Jesus Christ has overcome all that you see and may be experiencing today!

This is the Word of the Lord for you!

“Now He who has prepared us for this very thing is God, who also has given us the Spirit as a guarantee.”  2 Corinthians 5:5

You have been prepared for this!  Prepared for what? The apostle Paul is speaking about the resurrection and eternal life!  He is sharing how the power of eternal life changes how we live NOW!  The word “prepare” in the King James Version is “wrought.”  It means to accomplish, to finish, to fashion.  In other words God has made you for this time that you live.  Whatever you may be going through, you were created to face.  You possess everything necessary to be successful in Christ.  It is like one of those cake mixes that you buy in a box at the grocery store.  Everything is in the box to make it a cake.  All you have to do is add water! You are the cake mix and all that has to be added is the Holy Spirit, which God has given to us! Guaranteed to work!  Let me share with you what you have been prepared for.

1.  You are prepared to speak the unspeakable!  “And since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, ‘I believed and therefore I spoke,’ we also believe and therefore speak.”  2 Corinthians 4:13 We speak by faith calling those things that do not exist, as though they did!  Just like Abraham in Romans 4:17.  David did this when facing Goliath!  Daniel did this when facing the lions!  Shadrack, Meshack and Abednego did this when facing the fiery furnace! Jesus did this when he raised the young girl from the dead.  “She is not dead, she is sleeping!!!”  You were created, fashioned to speak the unspeakable!

2.  You are prepared to see the invisible!  “While we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen.  For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.”  2 Corinthians 4:18  Do not dwell on what you see with your natural eyes.  This is what the Lord spoke to me.  “You can’t uncreate what is created, but you can form it!”  Isaiah 43:1 says, But now, thus says the Lord, who created you, O Jacob, and He who formed you, O Israel:  Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; you are Mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned, nor shall the flame scorch you.  For I am the Lord your God, The Holy One of Israel, your Savior;…Everyone who is called by My name, Whom I have created for My glory; I have formed him, yes I have made him.” Isa. 43:1-3,7.  Notice here that God doesn’t remove the fire, the rivers, or the waters, but uses them to form His people!  The word “created” means to select, to feed, and the word “form” means to mold, to determine.  The waters of tribulation that you see with your natural eye is not to destroy you, but to form you into who God created you to be!  The forming is invisible!  You can’t see it with your natural eye until it is manifested after you come through the fire!!!  SEE THE INVISIBLE!

3.  You were created to dwell in Him, the eternal!  “For this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed with our habitation, which is from heaven.”  2 Corinthians 5:2 This habitation is Jesus Christ!  In Him we live and move and have our being!  Our existence!  This is the progression of the Kingdom of God.  We live in Christ! We move by the power of the Holy Spirit and we be or exist because of who God created us to be!  This is not just someone we will be in the future or in heaven, but it is who we are now by faith!

4.  You were created to walk by faith and not be sight! 2 Corinthians 5:7  Verses 6 and 8 both speak of confidence!  We walk with confidence because faith in Christ allows us to overcome the trials and tribulations of this world!  THAT MORTALITY (DEATH) MAY BE SWALLOWED UP BY LIFE!  LIFE SWALLOWS UP EVERYTHING THAT WE FACE TODAY!  LIFE ALWAYS WINS!  LIFE ALWAYS OVERCOMES DEATH!

YOU WERE PREPARED FOR THIS DAY!  YOU ARE LIVING IN ETERNAL LIFE NOW!
SPEAK THE UNSPEAKABLE!
SEE THE INVISIBLE!
DWELL IN THE ETERNAL!
WALK IN THE IMPOSSIBLE BY FAITH!

Do not be discouraged today.  You were created and prepared for whatever you are facing.  God is forming each of us in order that we might manifest Jesus Christ to a world that is lost!

Intimacy with the Lord

You think you need to find time to be with the Lord. Well, that is something you must learn! Intimacy is not being alone! Intimacy is finding Jesus in everything you live, you do and even see. It is a thought connected with His presence by the very nature of life. He is closer to you. Religion says you must kneel down, close your eyes, raise your hands to connect with God. He just says: Let me get along with you. Hello! I am with you! How can you be alone with someone that is everywhere? Yes, there will be times for quietness, for a secret place, for solitude. But Jesus is waiting for you to be aware of being with Him where He is. Where? Always right here. For you to perceive Him always! (JSalum)

This is the key to Kingdom living and breaking free from a religious system that limits you to buildings, times, days, holidays, positions and mindsets.  The Kingdom of God is being able to think like God without the limits of carnal minds.  This is our challenge even when we acknowledge this with our minds, we still must embrace it in our spirit and believe it in our hearts!  Amen!!! (Paul Taylor)
